Allergies and Disclaimers

SECTION 1 - CHOKING HAZARD

The Clay Bee Co's handmade designs can contain small component parts which may present a choking hazard if ingested. The Clay Bee Co's line of jewelry, buckles and accessories is not recommended or intended for children under the age of 13 and should be kept out of the reach of young children or other individuals who may ingest the jewelry or its component parts. The Clay Bee Co's jewelry should never be placed in the mouth due to risk of choking. Customer agrees that the use of The Clay Bee Co's line of jewelry, is entirely at the customer’s own risk and without warranty. Customer acknowledges the risk of injury from any cause connected with his or her use of possession of said jewelry rests with the Customer.

SECTION 2 - ALLERGY ALERT (NICKEL & OTHER METALS OR ALLOYS)

Although rare, some people are allergic to the metals and finishes commonly used in making jewelry. The Clay Bee Co's fashion/costume jewelry may contain elements of base metal, brass, copper, nickel, gold, silver or other alloys. Please be advised If you are allergic to said materials. It is the responsibility of the consumer to be aware of any allergies he or she may have to metals & alloys or the oxidation applied to metals (liver of sulfur) prior to making a purchase. Because there is no way for us to know the medical history of our customers, The Clay Bee Co will not be held liable for any discomfort or allergic reactions that may occur as a result of wearing our jewelry.
