Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship earrings worldwide via 2 options:

USPS Priority Mail Express International (3-5 business days)

USPS Priority Mail International (6-10 business days)

The price is weight dependent and is calculated at checkout. Please note that international shipments can be delayed. Any duties or taxes are payable by the customer when picking up their item.

Are there customs/duty fees charges for international orders?

International orders are subject to duty fees. Please refer to your country's regulations and use a customs calculator to estimate duty fees for your order.

What is the processing time?

Orders are shipped within 1-4 business days! Prompt shipping keeps us all happy!

How do I care for my polymer clay earrings?

Store them in a cool dry place. If they become dirty, wipe them with a damp cloth, a baby wipe or a cloth with a very small amount of alcohol. Do not bend the earrings - while they are flexible, they can be damaged.

Can the earrings be worn by people with sensitive ears?

It is the responsibility of the consumer to know your own allergies or sensitivities to metals and wear The Clay Bee Co earrings at your own risk. 

Are the earrings lightweight?

Yes, each earring is approximately 0.1oz!

What if my package shows as delivered but I never received it?

If this is the case, please contact your local postal service for further information regarding your package. In many cases, if it was delivered, it may have been delivered to a neighbor or may have been marked as delivered prematurely and is in transit still.

What if my package is returned to sender - The Clay Bee Co?

Once the re-shipping fee is paid by the customer, the package will be reshipped within 1-3 business days.

What if my package is lost?

Once we ship your order we are not responsible for lost packages. Please email us your order number at theclaybeeco@gmail.com and we will file a package claim with the postal service. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
